Experiencing profound loss on any level presents a painful challenge, and many people are unprepared for the grieving process that follows. But a new "healing" concept, Seminars at Sea Program, led by Linda Findlay and Glen Lord hopes to give those who are suffering from grief the tools they need to better understand their pain and cope with their loss. The cruise offers a healing opportunity for anyone who has experienced the loss of a loved one, no matter how much time has passed.
Royal Caribbean Pricing
1. CRUISE PRICE:
Royal Caribbean sets all of the pricing for the cruise portion of the event. We do not have any control over pricing. We are given a group rate for cabins in our group. Once those cabins are filled, we can't add any additional cabins at the group rate. Quotes and assigned cabins are not guaranteed until you make your full deposit for the cabin.
TRIPLE, QUADS AND AMBULATORY CABINS MAY BE AVAILABLE BUT THEY WILL BE QUOTED AT PREVAILING RATES. ROYAL CARIBBEAN DOES NOT ALLOW THESE TYPES OF CABINS TO BE PART OF A GROUP, WITH GROUP PRICING, UNLESS THEY ARE FULLY DEPOSITED WITH NAMES OF THE GUESTS. AS WE HAVE NO WAY OF KNOWING THIS IN ADVANCE, IT IS NOT POSSIBLE FOR US TO DEPOSIT ROOMS WITH NO NAMES.

2. CHANGES WITH YOUR BOOKING:
If you need to make a change at any point, your rate will change if you change the cabin category or if you add guests. Not all cabins will accommodate more than two guests. If you add a guest, the category will change, and prevailing rates will apply. Royal Caribbean special rates are offered. We do not know when that will change as we have seen the rate change before our eyes as we are booking a cabin. The price increases regularly as we get closer to the sail date .
3. CANCELLED BOOKING:
Royal Caribbean has a clear cancellation policy. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Cancellation charges and fees that occur as we get closer to the cruise date, will be calculated according to Royal Caribbean policy. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE. You do not want to be loose any money due to needing to cancel. We have seen this happen too many times. There is nothing that we do about lost deposits or payments made and lost due to cancellation.
4. ADDING GUESTS
Most times we can add guests to an existing booking. There may come a point when we will not be allowed to add a guest to your stateroom, even if there is an extra bed. If the ship meets with its' full capacity they will not add any guests. Pricing changes may apply!

5. SINGLE TRAVELERS
Royal Caribbean pricing is based on double occupancy. If you are a single traveler, the cost of the cabin will be the same as for two people, minus the tax and port charge that would be charged for the second person.
There are no single rates available.
WE ONLY HAVE A SET NUMBER OF CABINS THAT WE CAN ALLOW FOR SINGEL OCCUPANCY, PER SALING. ONCE THEY ARE FILLED, WE CAN NO LONGER ACCEPT BOOKINGS FOR SINGLE CABINS IN THE GROUP. WE CAN BOOK YOU OUTSIDE THE GROUP AND ALLOW YOU TO ATTEND THE CONFERENCE, HOWEVER, THE PRICING WILL BE THE PREVAILING PRICE AT THE TIME THE BOOKING IS MADE.
Seminar Fee Pricing
1. SEMINAR FEE:
A $300.00 per person Seminar Fee is payable to Journeys of Hope, Healing & Health, LLC. and is in addition to the cost of the cruise. The seminar fee is non-refundable and will be due at the time that you make your reservation. An invoice for the seminar fee will be sent once your full deposit is paid on your cabin. The invoice will be payable within 30 days of receipt. The seminar fee is non-refundable, however, if you need to cancel your participation, you will be allowed to apply the seminar fee to the next scheduled cruise event. The seminar fee is not transferrable to any other person at any time.
2. ROOM MATE NOT ATTENDING SEMINARS:
If your room mate does not wish to participate in the seminars they will not be charged the seminar fee.
3. WHAT DOES THE SEMINAR FEE COVER:
The seminar fee covers all of the on-board programming provided by Journey's of Hope Healing & Health. Our special program is available to only our guests and all sessions are held in a private space on the ship. No other guests on the ship will be allowed to join us at any time. We plan to hold our seminars on the days that we are out to sea. Small group session will be held most days. We will have a Service of Remembrance and Walk to Remember event and some special treats!
4. EXTRA CHARGES:
There may be individual presenters who will offer private services and or merchandise to buy. Any transaction with a presenter is between you and the presenter.
5. PRESENTER LINE UP:
The line up of presenters and the onboard seminar and activity schedule is subject to change at any time. We anticipate participation from our presenters who have committed to joining us but, we can not guarantee their participation as life happens and there is the possibility that a presenter may cancel at any time.
Please note that the listing of seminars and activities may not be offered during all cruises. Please see the presenter and activity line up for the cruise that you are interested in.
Some presenters may offer services for a fee in their area of expertise during the cruise event.

Hotel & Transfer Costs
(Please note that you will need to arrange your own air travel. The arrival airport is Orlando International. Please plan to arrive at least one day prior to the sail date and plan to depart after 1:00pm on April 26th, 2019)

A block of rooms has been reserved for April 17, 2020 - April 19, 2020. MAKE SURE YOU ADJUST YOUR DESIRED DATES TO STAY WHEN YOU ACCESS THE ONLINE BOOKING TOOL. The special room rate will be available until April 26th or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first.

Your group rate includes free parking during your cruise. Round trip port shuttle service can be arranged at a cost of $12.00 per person.
If you need shuttle service from Orlando airport, please call the hotel for shuttle reservations at 321-799-4099. That service is available at a cost of $45.00 per person, and includes pick up at Orlando MCO airport, to our Hampton Inn, to Port Canaveral and back to the airport after your cruise.
